CPKI - California Pizza Kitchen Offers Wait Times Less Than Five Minutes, Meals Less than $45
TickerMine's recent survey of California Pizza Kitchen restaurants showed that the chain continues to offer reasonably-priced meals with short wait times. Ninety-three percent of restaurants surveyed said the average tab on a meal for two was less than $45; 33% said it was under $25. The wait time was less than five minutes at 45% of the restaurants surveyed, and only three percent quoted wait times over 30 minutes. The most popular entrees, according to respondents, are the Pesto Cream Penne and Blue Crab Cakes (both at 21%), followed by the Pan Sautéed Salmon, at 15%.
